Forgetting your password is a pain! We know, we've done it too! Unfortunately, we can't just send it to you because your password is heavily encrypted in our system - even we can't see what it is. So, you'll have to reset it.
Here's what you do:
Enter the email address that you used to register your account and click the 'Reset Request' button. In a few minutes, check for an email from us. If you don't see it, check your junk mail box, it might have gone in there.
In that email, there will be a link that you can use to reset your password. Simply click the link and the reset password form will open in your browser. Then, enter a new password into the text boxes, click the 'Save my New Password' button, and you'll be able to login to your account using your new password.
